Your mission
As Head of Supply Chain at EP Power Grit, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of our supply chain across five European manufacturing sites with a strong focus on Central Europe and a global sales network. You will ensure perfect alignment of supply, demand, and customer requirements – driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence while supporting our growth and sustainability ambitions.
- Leadership of the team with responsibility for achieving goals, promoting motivation, and continuous development of team members
- Own and lead the full Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring seamless alignment between market demand, production capacity, and financial goals.
- Drive supply and demand planning with accurate forecasting, efficient production scheduling, and clear KPIs for service levels and forecast accuracy.
- Shape the procurement strategy for direct raw materials, securing sustainable, reliable, and cost-efficient supply sources while fostering strategic supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ESG standards.
- Oversee customer service excellence, ensuring flawless order-to-cash execution, strong OTIF performance, and proactive customer communication.
- Define and implement a global inventory strategy, including safety stocks, replenishment models, and digital transparency in stock management with a focus on digitalization.
- Lead warehouse operations across European sites with a focus on efficiency, cost control, safety, and compliance.
- Manage global logistics flows for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, optimizing transport costs, reliability, and resilience.
- Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing, multicultural supply chain team across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
