Ihre Aufgaben

For our global supply chain management function we are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Analyst.

The Logistics Analyst supports the efficient execution and continuous improvement of the company’s global logistics operations. The role focuses on logistics procurement support, performance monitoring, and operational coordination with logistics service providers.

The Logistics Analyst plays a key role in tender preparation and execution, contributes to supplier negotiations, and ensures transparency of logistics performance through KPI tracking and reporting. In addition, the role acts as an operational interface between internal stakeholders and external carriers, ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics execution and rapid issue resolution.

Job Description:

  • Assist in logistics service procurement activities, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.

  • Support the preparation and execution of logistics tenders across transportation modes.

  • Provide analytical and operational support during supplier negotiations.

  • Support the management of relationships with logistics service providers and carriers.

  • Act as a point of contact for carriers regarding planning, availability, loading/collection schedules, and delivery status.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners.

  • Monitor logistics performance using defined KPIs and reporting tools.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to ensure transparency on service levels and costs.

  • Identify performance gaps and support the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or disruptions.

  • Support daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient material flow.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and/or procurement, preferably in an international environment

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in Englisch. Other languages such as German, French or Czech are a plus

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 10-20%)
