Your mission
As Supply Chain Planning Specialist (m/f/d) you will work within our Supply Chain Management function and be a key partner for our international trading activities as well as our European country organizations. Key responsibilities

  • Optimize and lead the cross-functional S&OP process by preparing the S&OP meetings and presenting relevant supply chain planning topics
  • Coordinate and validate country-level demand and supply forecasts, ensuring data integrity and consistency in the European forecast model
  • Maintain and continuously update a rolling rough-cut capacity plan for sourcing, production, and logistics based on inputs from the S&OP process
  • Proactively manage supply bottlenecks, support risk mitigation planning, develop and propose countermeasures (together with other functions) to safeguard the achievement of sales, inventory and cost targets
  • Oversee planning KPIs such as stock availability, working capital, and costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze and optimize the utilization of production capacities to maximize operational efficiency and responsiveness
  • Allocate tasks within the European team according to respective capabilities; monitor progress and report to management on performance and development needs
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on planning progress, challenges, and training requirements to ensure transparency and alignment
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of S&OP processes, demand and supply planning, and capacity management
  • Strong analytical skills and first experience with planning tools and ERP systems (Anylogistix, SAP APO/S&OP, SAP IBP, or S/4HANA) are preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent in German and Englisch. Other languages such as Dutch are a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 10-20%)
